Islamabad Model College for Girls (IMCG) Nilore Islamabad invites sealed bids for the contract of canteen/mess shop for the academic years 2026-29. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, quality, and reasonable pricing within the canteen premises. The contract will be awarded for a three-year term, subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with all college and regulatory requirements. Interested bidders must submit their applications on the prescribed form, which can be obtained from the college administration office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1000. The last date for submission of bids is 9th September 2026, with bids to be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. The principal will announce the successful bidder at 11:30 AM on the same day. All procedures will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rule 33, and the college reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
