Capacity Building and Skill Development of Students Deeni Madaris Services

The Auqaf, Hajj, Religious & Minority Affairs Department located at Eidgah Complex, Charsadda Road, Peshawar invites bids from registered service providers, firms, and companies. These bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the procurement of services under the ADP scheme titled Capacity Building & Skill Development of Students Deeni Madaris. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure through the e-pak-acquisition and disposal system (E-PADS). Items being procured: - Capacity Building Services - Skill Development Training for Students of Deeni Madaris The scope involves delivering specialized training and capacity building activities aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of students enrolled in Deeni Madaris. The project is executed under the auspices of the Auqaf, Hajj, Religious & Minority Affairs Department in Peshawar, ensuring compliance with all technical and administrative requirements as outlined in the tender documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities including FBR and KP Revenue Authority. Experience in similar capacity building or skill development projects will be advantageous. Bids must be submitted by 21st August 2026 at 11:30 AM along with an earnest money deposit of 2% of the total bid cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favor of the Additional Secretary, Auqaf, Hajj, Religious & Minority Affairs Department. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the department office. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 6th August 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same office to clarify any queries. No queries will be entertained at the time of bid opening.
