Capacity Building Training Course for Youth of Gilgit-Baltistan in Digital Skills

The Information Technology Department of Gilgit-Baltistan Secretariat invites proposals from interested IT firms and training institutes with relevant experience to conduct training courses at their own or rented premises across various districts of Gilgit-Baltistan. This initiative is part of the ADP scheme titled Capacity Building of Youth of GB in digital skills. Items being procured: - Training courses in various digital skills domains The training will be conducted in phases across multiple districts, focusing on enhancing the digital capabilities of youth in Gilgit-Baltistan. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per GB PPRA Rules 2022, requiring bidders to submit separate technical and financial proposals. The cost per domain is capped at Rs. 0.5 million, and bidders must quote rates inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Eligibility criteria include submission of 2% bid security in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) Information Technology Department. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bid validity is up to 3 years or until project completion, whichever is earlier. Separate Form-A submissions are required for multiple districts with CDR based on the grand total. Bids must reach the office of the Section Officer IT, Information Technology Department, 1st Floor, New Secretariat Building, Jutial, Gilgit by 19th November 2026 at or before 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all bid documents are typed and properly sealed as handwritten or overwritten bids will be rejected. Attach the original challan for Tender Form Charges and strictly follow the envelope marking instructions to avoid disqualification.
