Procurement of Capital Items for Quality Honey Production Project Using Native Flora of Cholistan Desert Bahawalpur

The Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) Directorate of Procurement Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of capital items under the ALP funded project titled Quality Honey Production for Commercial Brand Development by Using Native Flora of Cholistan Desert Bahawalpur. Suppliers must provide complete literature, brochures, catalogues, and warranty documents with their bids. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST registration, and experience in similar supply contracts. Firms must submit earnest money of PKR 80,000 in the form of bank draft or pay order along with a non-blacklisting certificate on stamp paper. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal and physically before the deadline. The tender was published on 4th June 2026 with a closing date of 19th June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at PARC headquarters Islamabad. The bid validity extends until 30th June 2026. Partial deliveries are not allowed and late delivery penalties of 0.2% per day will be applied. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
