The successful supplier must provide compliant equipment, installation, commissioning, operationalization and staff training where required. Products must match Annex A and B specifications, including stated brands, models and capacities. Bidders must be registered companies, dealers, authorized manufacturers or eligible joint ventures, registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities and appearing on the applicable ATL. A valid bank account, manufacturer authorization for imported items, CE, ISO and origin documentation are required where applicable. Bid security of **2% of total bid value** is required only as CDR, demand draft or pay order in favor of National University of Medical Sciences. Minimum annual turnover is **Rs. 1 Crore**. Technical and financial proposals must be sealed separately and submitted by **20 August 2026 at 09:30 hours**. Financial proposals will be opened later for technically qualified bidders; bids are publicly opened at **10:00 hours**.
