Procurement of 100 Cargo Loader Tricycles and 100 Lockable Covered Rear Cargo Boxes

The Directorate General Pakistan Post, through its Office Superintendent at G-8/4, Islamabad Capital Territory, invites eligible suppliers, manufacturers, authorized dealers, or compliant firms to submit bids for strengthening last-mile mail delivery operations. This is a goods procurement under the FY 2026-27 funds and will use the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection. Items and distribution are as follows: Item 1, Cargo Loader Tricycles, 100 units, each with a 200cc four-stroke water-cooled gasoline engine, minimum 1,000 kg load capacity, rear hydraulic brakes, reverse gear, heavy-duty leaf spring suspension, and 5.00-12, 12-ply tyres. The quantity is distributed as Metropolitan Circle Karachi 13, Northern Sindh Circle Hyderabad 11, FC and GB Circle Islamabad 6, AJK Circle Muzaffarabad 7, KPK Circle Peshawar 17, Central Punjab Circle Lahore 14, Northern Punjab Circle Rawalpindi 16, Southern Punjab Circle Multan 11, and Baluchistan Circle Quetta 5. Item 2, Lockable Covered Rear Cargo Boxes, 100 units, compatible with the tricycles and constructed from steel sheet of at least 16 gauge, with XL dimensions not less than 2000 mm by 1350 mm by 1200 mm, lockable rear doors, weatherproof sealing, minimum 1,000 kg capacity, and Pakistan Post branding in customized red with standard logo printing. Suppliers must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, references from two customers, average annual turnover of **PKR 100 million** over the past three financial years, valid NTN and GST registration, active taxpayer status, manufacturer or distributor authorization, offices or branches in major Pakistani cities, product catalogues, and a one-year warranty. A pay order or demand draft of **Rs. 1,195,194** is required as earnest money, with the original bid security delivered to G-8/4, Islamabad before closing. Bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS v2.0 by **25 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Manual bids are not accepted. Opening will occur online at **11:30 AM** the same day. Delivery is required within 45 to 60 days at the designated postal circles. One sample must be approved before bulk supply.
