Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through EPADS V2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS V2.0 for carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles and stringing of HT line with ACSR Osprey conductor for various divisions under Sargodha Circle. The procurement covers multiple works including carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles 31, 36, and 45 feet from designated and non-designated PC pole plants as per PEPCO/WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit and emergency works in plain and hilly areas. Items being procured: - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet for Sargodha 1st, 2nd & 3rd Divisions - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet for Jauharabad Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet for Bhalwal & Kot Momin Divisions - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet for Hilly Areas under Jauharabad Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor & foundation of HT/LT Structure (LT 31', HT 36', HT 45' & HT 58') for Maintenance and Deposit Works for Plain Areas under Sargodha 1st, 2nd & 3rd Divisions - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor & foundation of HT/LT Structure for Maintenance and Deposit Works for Plain Areas under Jauharabad Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor & foundation of HT/LT Structure for Maintenance and Deposit Works for Plain Areas under Bhalwal & Kot Momin Divisions - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor & foundation of HT/LT Structure for Maintenance and Deposit Works for Hilly Areas under Jauharabad Division The scope includes carriage, erection, stringing, and foundation works as per PEPCO/WAPDA standards. The project duration is up to 12 months with specialization codes EE-04 & EE-05 required. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025-26 with relevant specialization, active on the ATL tax list, and provide income tax returns. Experience includes successfully completed contracts with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs with at least 5% performance security and 10% guarantee on contract value. Safety compliance with NEPRA Safety Code is mandatory. The tender closing date is Thursday, 23 July 2026 at 12:15 PM. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS only.
