Carriage and Erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and Stringing of HT Lines with Transformer Installation under FESCO Faisalabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites eligible and registered bidders through EPADS V2.0 for multiple tenders involving carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles of 31, 36, and 45 feet from designated and non-designated PC plants as per PEPCO/WAPDA specifications. The works cover deposit and emergency works under various divisions including Jhang-I, Jhang-II, Sultan Bahoo, Toba Tek Singh, Kamalia, and Gojra under their respective circles. Items being procured: - Carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles (31, 36, & 45 feet) - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey/Dog/Rabbit Conductor - Installation of Transformers (200 KVA, 100 KVA, 50 KVA, 25 KVA, 15 KVA, and 10 KVA) - Installation of Stay Rods - Carriage, erection, and foundation of HT/LT structures (LT 31', HT 36', HT 45', HT 58') The technical scope includes compliance with PEPCO/WAPDA specifications for poles and conductors, installation of transformers of various capacities, and erection of supporting structures for HT/LT lines. The work is to be performed under the jurisdiction of specified divisions and circles with a contract period of 12 months. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05, valid PRA and FBR registration, and active tax payer status. Contractors must provide evidence of past contracts of similar nature with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs and submit bid security of 2% of the tender amount. Bids will be evaluated on a least cost basis under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **September 30, 2026, 12:15 PM**.
