Carriage and Erection of HT/LT Spun Poles for MEPCO Division Khan Garh

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites sealed tenders for carriage and erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles under the jurisdiction of MEPCO Division Khan Garh. This procurement is specifically for deposit and maintenance works including loading, carriage, safe handling, erection of HT/LT poles for new connections and deposit works, as well as maintenance work and chain proposal under DOP/ELR. Items being procured: - Loading / Carriage / Safe handling / Erection of HT/LT Spun PCC Poles under jurisdiction of Khan Garh Division The scope covers all works under the jurisdiction of XEN (OP) MEPCO Division Khan Garh. Contractors must be approved by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04 and EE-05. Contractors already working must attach a performance certificate from their respective SDO along with bidding documents. Earnest money in the form of a CDR amounting to 5% of the bid value is mandatory. Tender fee of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) must be deposited with XEN (OP) Khan Garh. Tender documents will be available from 05.10.2026 between 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the office of XEN (OP) Khan Garh. Tender submissions will be received on 06.10.2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same office. Tender opening will be held on 06.10.2026 at 12:00 PM in the office of XEN (OP) MEPCO Division Khan Garh. Note that MEPCO Competent Authority reserves all rights regarding rejection of bids as per Clause 33 (1) of PPRA Rules-2004. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents, including PEC registration and earnest money, are complete and submitted on time to avoid disqualification. Early collection of tender documents is recommended to allow sufficient time for preparation.
