Carriage of Tower and Allied Material, Construction of Foundations, Erection of Towers, Stringing of Lynx Conductor Including OPG Wire for Rerouting at 132 KV Lines for Crossing of Tarbela 5th Extension

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites bids for a comprehensive works contract in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement involves carriage of tower and allied materials from Jamrud warehouse to the site store, construction of pile and tower foundations, erection of towers, and stringing of Lynx conductor including OPG wire for rerouting at 132 KV lines for crossing of Tarbela 5th Extension. Items being procured: - Carriage of tower/tubular poles material from Jamrud warehouse to site store - Construction of tower foundations in PCC (1:2:4) - Construction of pile foundations for tubular poles - Erection of towers including welding of nuts and bolts - Stringing of Lynx conductor including OPG wire - Installation of disc insulators, PC connectors, mid-span joints, stock bridge dampers - Dismantling of OM type D/C towers and return to Abbottabad store The technical scope includes transportation of materials over 180 KMs, excavation and concreting of foundations, fabrication and installation of reinforcement, erection of tubular poles and towers, and stringing of conductors with all accessories as per standard drawings and specifications. The site is located in Ghazi (Tarbela), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have PEC registration (C-6 & above with specialization codes CE-02, CE-10, EE-05), financial records for last two years, FBR registration, and at least five years of general experience with two similar civil contracts completed in the last five years. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days. Submission of bids is strictly online through EPADS v2.0 by **July 20, 2026, 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract duration is 45 days from the start date. The performance guarantee required is 10% of the contract price in the form of a bank guarantee.
