Catering Services for Invest Pakistan in Islamabad

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (Invest Pakistan) invites sealed tenders through a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure via E-PADS for catering services in Islamabad. The catering is required to serve Parliamentarians, Employees, Media Persons, and other visitors during meetings, conferences, and seminars within the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area. Only caterers with a financially sound track record and proper production and distribution facilities are eligible. Items being procured: - Catering services for Parliamentarians - Catering services for Employees - Catering services for Media Persons - Catering services for other visitors in meetings, conferences, and seminars Tender documents including the list of menu items and draft contract are available on E-PADS, www.ppra.org.pk, and https://SIFCD.gov.pk websites. Bidders must submit a Profile of the Company detailing experience in the field, number of staff, skills, and client list. Only firms with proven experience in restaurant/catering or high-class cafeteria operations and sound financial position will be considered. An earnest money deposit of 2% of the estimated cost (refundable) in the form of a Bank Draft in favor of Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan, Islamabad, must be submitted before the closing date. No tender will be entertained without earnest money. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 22.9.2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. by the committee at the Project Invest Pakistan's Office.
