Catering Services for Invest Pakistan in Islamabad

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (Invest Pakistan) invites sealed tenders through the E-PADS platform for catering services in Islamabad. The catering is intended to serve Parliamentarians, Employees, Media Persons, and other visitors attending meetings and conferences as well as seminars in Islamabad. The caterers must have a financially sound track record from Islamabad Municipal Corporation and possess proper production and distribution facilities. Items being procured: - Catering services for meetings and conferences - Catering for seminars Tender documents including the list of menu items and draft contract are available on E-PADS and the websites www.ppra.org.pk and https://SIFCD.gov.pk. Bidders must submit a profile of their company demonstrating experience in restaurant/catering or high-class cafeteria operations, including staff details, skills, client list, and financial soundness. Only firms with proven track records will be considered. An earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost (refundable) must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft in favor of Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan, Islamabad before the closing date. No tender will be entertained without earnest money. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 22.9.2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. by the committee at the Invest Pakistan office. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their company profiles and ensure timely submission on the E-PADS portal to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of the Bank Draft for earnest money is recommended to meet the deadline.
