The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division is inviting sealed tenders from reputed firms and vendors for the provision of catering services for Parliamentarians, employees, media persons, and other visitors during meetings and conferences in Islamabad. This opportunity is specifically for caterers with a financially sound track record and proper production and distribution facilities located within the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area. Items being procured: - Catering services for meetings and seminars (menu items and quantities as per uploaded tender documents) The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality food and beverages, efficient service during official events, and the ability to handle large gatherings with professionalism. Firms must demonstrate experience in restaurant, catering, or high-class cafeteria operations, and must have a proven track record in similar assignments. Only those with sound financial standing and a capable team will be considered. Eligibility criteria require submission of a detailed company profile, including staff numbers, skills, and a client list. Earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost (refundable) must be submitted via bank draft in favour of Section Officer (Admn), SIFCD, Islamabad before the closing date. No tender will be entertained without earnest money. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 14.9.2026 at 11:00 a.m. The opening will take place the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the SIFCD office.
