Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites bids for the supply of Central Monitoring Systems alongwith Patient Monitors. This procurement is specifically for the Navy's medical facilities in Islamabad. Items being procured:
- CMS with 06 Patient Monitor for PICU
- CMS with 20 Patient Monitor for NICU
- CMS with 12 Patient Monitor for OT
- CMS with 06 Patient Monitor for Surgical CCU
- CMS with 08 Patient Monitor for Cath Lab CCU
The technical specifications and special instructions are detailed in Annex A, while general requirements and instructions are provided in Annex B. Bidders are requested to use the provided Performa for price quotation, affix their stamp, sign, and forward it as their commercial offer along with a covering letter. Failure to use the specified form may lead to rejection of the offer. The tender documents DP-1 and DP-3 must be attached with the quotation, duly signed and stamped.
