Tender Description
The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board Kamra is inviting bids for the central procurement of tyres, tubes, and flappers for various vehicles and equipment used within its facilities in Kamra, Punjab. This procurement covers a comprehensive list of 66 items including tyres for cars, trucks, ambulances, buses, forklifts, tractors, motorcycles, and specialized vehicles such as generators and engine transportation dollies. The scope includes supply of latest production series tyres with a warranty period of six months to one year, ensuring quality and durability for operational needs.
Bidders are required to submit separate technical and commercial bids as per the instructions, with technical bids containing all relevant literature and brochures. The delivery period is expected within 4 to 6 weeks, and commissioning, installation, testing, and training if required will be provided free of cost at the consignee site by the OEM. Registered firms must deposit 2% earnest money up to a ceiling of PKR 0.5 million, while unregistered firms must deposit 5% up to PKR 1 million in the form of a bank draft or pay order. Offers must remain valid until 30 June 2027.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the PAC Board Kamra or DGDP, FBR registration with an active tax payer list certificate, and relevant experience in supplying similar items. Firms must also provide financial capability documents and ensure compliance with all tender conditions including submission of required forms and bank guarantees. The tender closing date is 16 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted on a FOR Kamra basis and should be properly sealed and addressed to the Commercial Wing, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all technical literature and brochures are original and complete, as any deviation or incomplete documentation may lead to rejection. Also, strictly adhere to the submission deadlines and earnest money requirements to avoid disqualification. Attention to detail in filling out all forms and providing accurate pricing without overwriting is crucial for successful bid evaluation.
