Chemicals, Standards, Reagents and Laboratory Consumables for Provincial Food Testing Laboratory

NOTE: This is a procurement tender. Bidders supply goods to the department, and the department pays the successful bidder. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority invites eligible bidders, firms, companies, authorized agents and distributors to submit e-Bids through the KP-EPADS platform for framework-contract procurement during FY 2026-27. The requirement supports the Provincial Food Testing Laboratory and Center for Research, located in Peshawar. The procurement is divided into three lots and will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Mandatory lots list: Lot 1: Chemicals, Solvents, Reagents and Laboratory Consumables, under a Framework Contract. Lot 2: Reference Standards, CRMs, Kits and Culture Media, under a Framework Contract. Lot 3: Supporting Equipment, Spares and Analytical Gases, under a call-off Framework Contract for analytical gases and a one-time purchase contract for equipment. Detailed quantities, units, specifications, standards, delivery requirements and contractual conditions are provided in the e-bidding documents. Interested firms must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with FBR, as well as Provincial Sales Tax with KPRA. A bid security equal to **2%** of the total offered bid cost is required in the form of a CDR or demand draft issued in the name of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for **10 August 2026 at 12:00 PM** at the Conference Room, Ground Floor, new C&W Building, Khyber Road, Peshawar. Complete e-Bids must be submitted through KP-EPADS by the **25 August 2026 closing deadline at 1:00 PM**. Technical bids will open at **2:00 PM** the same day at the procuring entity's conference room.
