Bahria University invites sealed bids for the procurement of Chromebooks hardware on rental basis for its Karachi and Islamabad campuses. The procurement is managed by Bahria University Islamabad office located at Shangrilla Road, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Chromebooks hardware on rental basis for Karachi campus - Chromebooks hardware on rental basis for Islamabad campus The tender requires firms with relevant category registration to participate. Tender documents can be downloaded from E-PADS Version 2 portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS and a hard copy of uploaded documents along with bid security in original must be submitted to the Development Directorate, Bahria University Islamabad (Quaid Block Basement Room No.09). Bid security amounting to Rs. 45,000/- must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of Bahria University Islamabad NTN 2132767-0. A non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000/- is required via pay order in favor of Bahria University Islamabad NTN 2132767-0 before bid submission. Bids must be submitted before 1100 hours on 03 September 2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of authorized representatives.
