Civil and Plumbing Work in Textile Wet Processing Lab and Geological Engineering Lab at BUITEMS Takatu Campus Quetta

Balochistan University of Information Technology Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), a public sector university located in Quetta, invites sealed bids from well reputed and registered firms for civil and plumbing works at its Takatu Campus. The procurement is for specialized construction and plumbing tasks in the Textile Wet Processing Lab and Geological Engineering Lab. Items being procured: - Dismantling dry brick masonry in ground floor (5 Cft) - Providing and laying first class solid burnt brick masonry (27 Cft) - 1/2 inch thick cement plaster on walls and columns (164 Sft) - Providing and laying plain machine mixed cement concrete in foundation (400 Sft) - Providing and laying 1:2:4 cement concrete in slabs (400 Cft) - Fabricating and laying deformed Grade 60 steel reinforcement (1220 Kg) - Providing and fixing wooden box type wardrobes 24" deep (60 Sft Geological Lab, 20 Sft Textile Lab) - Providing and fixing stainless steel sinks with fittings (2 units Geological Lab) - Providing, laying, cutting, jointing, testing and disinfecting PPRC pipes PN20 20mm (98 Rft) and 25mm (58 Rft) - Installing uPVC pipes 4" (100 mm) dia (120 Rft) - Installing PVC manholes 1'x1' (4 Nos) The scope includes all related civil works such as masonry, plastering, concrete works, steel reinforcement, and installation of plumbing fixtures and piping systems. The work will be executed at BUITEMS Takatu Campus, Quetta, with a completion schedule of 60 days from the work order date. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List, and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA). A bid security of 2% of the total bid price is required in the form of a bank deposit/CDR/pay order. The tender document fee is Rs. 1,000 payable via pay order/demand draft. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Directorate of Planning & Development, BUITEMS, Airport Road, Quetta by 21-08-2026 at 1:45 pm. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
