Civil, Public Health, Electric Work and Dismantling Services for National Tariff Commission Islamabad/Rawalpindi

National Tariff Commission (NTC) invites E-bids from well-reputed firms registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN & GST) and Pakistan Engineering Council with valid Registration Certificate, having setup in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The procurement involves the following items: - Civil Work - Public Health Work - Electric Work - Dismantling Bidding documents and terms & conditions can be downloaded from PPRA EPADS/EPMS portal and NTC's website. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS within 15 days. Late, incomplete, or conditional bids will not be entertained. Only firms registered on E-PADS as vendors are eligible. Firms must have 3 years satisfactory completion certificates in relevant work and experience in RED Zone area. Attested copies of relevant documents along with original Bid Security/Earnest Money (CDR/Pay Order) at 3% of estimate are required. Successful firms must submit CDR/Pay Order at 5% on account of Performance Guaranty. Bidders shall upload scanned copy of certificate on Original Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs.50/- confirming no litigation involvement. Bids will be opened on 27th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at 3rd Floor, State Life Building No.5, China Chowk, Blue Area, Islamabad in presence of bidders through EPADS. Tender documents are downloadable from PPRA EPADS/EPMS portal. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
