Civil Work at ARSS Parachinar for Virus Free Seed Potato Production using Tissue Culture Technology

The Communication & Works Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for civil works at ARSS Parachinar related to the Virus Free Seed Potato Production project using Tissue Culture Technology at higher altitudes of Kurram and Orakzai. Items being procured: - Civil work at ARSS Parachinar The project involves civil construction works essential for the establishment and operation of the tissue culture technology facility aimed at producing virus-free seed potatoes. The work is to be executed as per the work order with a contract period defined accordingly. Eligibility criteria include firms with PEC category C5 and above. Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost, with additional security requirements for bids quoting below the engineer's estimate as per KPPRA notification No. SRO.(14)Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10/05/2022/6058-71. Tender fee is Rs. 9,700. Original copies of Call Deposit for Bid Security and Tender Fee must be enclosed with the financial bid along with an affidavit on stamp paper. The bid submission deadline is 07 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 07 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the EPAD website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer, Upper C&W Division Kurram.
