Civil Work, Solar Installation, and Pipe Supply for WSS Goth Kapari Sohbatpur

The Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Balochistan, invites sealed bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Income Tax/Sales Tax Departments for important works in Sohbatpur city. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Rule 36(b) of the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPRA) Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Civil work for the construction of Water Supply Scheme (WSS), Goth Kapari, District Sohbatpur - Supply and installation of solar system for WSS, Goth Kapari, District Sohbatpur - Supply of pipe for WSS, Goth Kapari, District Sohbatpur - Supply and installation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) water plant / solar system for WSS, Goth Kapari, District Sohbatpur The scope includes civil construction, supply and installation of solar power systems, pipes, and RO water plant components at the site in Goth Kapari. The contractor must ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications provided by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contract duration is 12 calendar months from the date of work order with liquidated damages applicable for delays. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant categories (Civil/Electrical/Public Health Engineering), NTN and GST registration with ATL status, experience of at least one similar work costing not less than Rs. 15 million in the last five years, satisfactory financial standing, and no blacklisting by any government or semi-government department. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as CDR. The last date and time for submission of bids is 20th August 2026 up to 12:00 PM at the Office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Sohbatpur. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM.
