Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 and active registration with PRA on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage single envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Raising of Boundary Wall at 132KV Grid Station Shorkot City - Construction of Over Head Water Tank and underground Water Tank and Renovation of external Water Supply & Sewerage System at 132KV Grid Station T.T. Singh - Construction of 2nd Portion of Boundary Wall at 132KV Grid Station Bhera - Construction of Trench for Power Cables of P/T T-3 at 132KV Grid Station Tariqabad - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 132KV Grid Station Katha Saghral - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 132KV Grid Station Mitha Tawana - Construction of Fencing wall at 132KV Grid Station VAC - Emergent Civil Works GSO Circle FESCO, Faisalabad (Providing & Installation of Submersible Pump with bore at 132KV Grid Station Bandala and GSO Circle FESCO, Faisalabad) - Maintenance & Repair of D-1 Quarter at 132 KV Grid Station Factory Area Faisalabad - Emergent Civil Works GSO Circle FESCO, Faisalabad (Providing & Installation of Street Lights at 132KV Grid Station Nia Lahore & Factory Area Faisalabad) - Construction of Security Guard Cabin at 132KV grid Station Khurrianwala - Providing & laying of Water Supply System at 132KV grid Station Wan Buchran The scope includes civil construction and maintenance works at various 132KV Grid Stations in the Faisalabad region. The works involve boundary walls, water tanks, sewerage systems, control house repairs, fencing, installation of pumps and street lights, and security cabins. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration with specialization code C-06 with CE-10, active taxpayer status, submission of income tax returns for last three years, sales tax registration with Punjab Revenue Authority, and experience of at least two similar contracts completed within ten years. Bidders must provide bid security as per the BOQ and comply with NEPRA safety codes. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 by 11:30 AM on 21-10-2026. Opening of bids will be at 12:00 Noon on the same day. Tender documents are available on the E-PADS portal and must be uploaded after completion. Original CDR for bid security must be submitted in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Works Division-II FESCO Faisalabad.
