Civil Works Construction of 04 Nos. CPS Solar Rooms at MP-130 Peer Wasan, MP-150 SMS Paddidan, MP-160 MVA Bandhi and MP-168 CPS at HQ-2, Nawabshah

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the Civil Works Construction of 04 Nos. CPS Solar Rooms located at MP-130 Peer Wasan, MP-150 SMS Paddidan, MP-160 MVA Bandhi and MP-168 CPS at HQ-2, Nawabshah. This procurement is under the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes comprehensive civil construction works such as brick masonry, RCC columns with beams, RCC slabs, cement plaster, painting, CC flooring, dismantling of existing rooms, and electrical wiring with fittings as per detailed drawings and specifications. Items being procured: - Construction of 04 Nos. CPS Solar Rooms (each 20' x 16') including civil and electrical works - Brick masonry, RCC works, plastering, painting, flooring, roof screeding with waterproofing - Steel doors and windows fabrication and installation - Electrical wiring including circuit, point and power wiring with LED lamps and distribution boards - Dismantling of existing rooms and debris removal The contractor must supply all manpower, machinery, materials, and finances necessary for the execution of the work. Materials such as cement, aggregates, paint, bricks, and steel reinforcement must be of approved quality. The work must be completed within four months from the issuance of the Letter to Proceed including a two-week mobilization period. Eligibility requires a valid PEC certificate Category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10, registration with FBR, and active taxpayer status. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 104,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Technical bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
