Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (Procurement Department) invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the civil works involving the installation of four deep well ground beds at specified kilometer points on the transmission pipeline network in Quetta, Balochistan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure with a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above required for participation.
Items being procured:
- Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at KMP-253, HQ-Quetta
- Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at KMP-260, HQ-Quetta
- Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at KMP-272, HQ-Quetta
- Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at KMP-283, HQ-Quetta
The scope includes complete civil works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications provided in the tender documents. The works are to be executed on a complete package basis, ensuring compliance with all technical and safety standards applicable to transmission pipeline infrastructure.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above and be registered with FBR and NADRA. Bid security of PKR 40,000 per job is required in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by 3:00 PM on August 24, 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 3:30 PM the same day. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
