Tender Description
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is inviting bids for the procurement of civil works under the project titled NCB-245 Conversion of 33 KV to 132 KV Fatehpur Grid Station Included in IESCO Mutliyear Tariff with an estimated cost of **Rs. 147,882,449/- Including PST**. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is funded by IESCO-PMU.
Items being procured:
- Civil works related to the conversion of 33 KV to 132 KV at Fatehpur Grid Station
The scope involves upgrading the electrical infrastructure at the Fatehpur Grid Station to support higher voltage transmission as part of the multi-year tariff plan. The works require adherence to the technical specifications and bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal.
Eligible bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and submit bids using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents.
Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/98593. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
