Supply and Installation of Clean Room Fittings, 1.5 Ton ACs, Tempered Glass and False Ceiling

The department is seeking reliable vendors with valid Sales Tax registration and the ability to deliver on a FOR, Islamabad basis. Items being procured: - Supply, fitting, fixture and installation of items for Clean Room - Supply and installation of 1.5 Ton ACs and 1 Ton ACs - Supply and installation of tempered glass, supply and installation of printed vinyl glass paper, supply and installation of false ceiling etc. Vendors are required to submit a tender fee of Rs. 2000 for each lot. The technical scope includes the provision and installation of high-quality clean room fittings, air conditioning units (both 1.5 Ton and 1 Ton), tempered glass, printed vinyl glass paper, and false ceiling materials. All items must meet the detailed specifications provided in the tender documents, which can be obtained by submitting a written request on the firm's letterhead along with the bank draft or pay order in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad. Bidders must accompany their tender/quotation with 2 percent earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST). Only firms with a proven track record of supplying similar stores will be considered. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number and due date. The validity of the tender must be at least 60 days from the date of opening. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The deadline for submission is 09-08-2026 at 10:30 AM, with the opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
