Outsourcing Cleaning Services of Main Façade Glass of NTC RHQ Building Lahore

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Lahore is seeking to outsource cleaning services for the main façade glass of its Regional Headquarters building located at 6-Race Course Road, Lahore. This contract requires cleaning both the inner and outer sides of the glass façade four times annually, once every three months, on a rate running contract basis for one year with a possible extension of two additional years based on performance. The scope includes provision of all necessary cleaning materials, manpower, and accessories to execute the task efficiently. The contractor must ensure that personnel wear uniforms with identification cards and are equipped with safety kits. Insurance and security clearance of the staff are the contractor's responsibility. Bidders are advised to conduct a site survey to determine the appropriate cleaning solutions based on site conditions. Eligible bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience providing similar services to government or reputable private organizations in Pakistan. They must possess the required cleaning equipment, be registered with Pakistan's income tax authorities, and not be blacklisted by any government entity. Documentary proof of eligibility criteria including experience, equipment list, and tax registration must be submitted with the bid. Bids will be opened publicly at 1130 hours on the same day. Tender security of PKR 10,000 is required in the form of a Deposit at Call, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee valid for 120 days beyond bid validity.
