Cloud/Web-Hosting for OSM/E-Marking Server for BISE Malakand

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Malakand invites sealed e-bids from contractors for procurement of Cloud/Web-Hosting for OSM/E-Marking Server as per Rule 31(A) framework contract (KPPPRA Rules 2014) for implementation of Online On-Screen Marking OSM a Cloud/Web Server for BISE Malakand. Items being procured: - Cloud/Web-Hosting for OSM/E-Marking Server This procurement is for the provision of cloud and web hosting services to support the Online On-Screen Marking system for BISE Malakand located in Chakdara, Dir Lower. The contract will be awarded under a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure as per KPPPRA rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and relevant Sales Tax Departments of Government of Pakistan/KPRA and reflected on the Active Taxpayer Lists (ATL) of FBR and KPRA. Bids must be submitted electronically through the ePADS portal by the deadline. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 is required. The bid security of Rs. 50,000 must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favor of Secretary Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Malakand. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The last date for submission is Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM at the office of Secretary BISE Malakand, Chakdara Dir Lower.
