Collection of HT/LT Structure and HT/LT PC Spun Poles for Tehsil Attock, Hazro, Hassan Abdal District Attock and Tehsil Taxila District Rawalpindi under Jurisdiction of R.E.D No. I IESCO Taxila

The Islamabad Electric Supply Co. (IESCO) (Village Electrification Cell) invites sealed bids for the collection and erection of HT/LT structures and HT/LT PC spun poles for Tehsil Attock, Hazro, Hassan Abdal in District Attock and Tehsil Taxila in District Rawalpindi under the jurisdiction of R.E.D No. I IESCO Taxila. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of **PKR 16,560,533**. Items being procured: - HT Structure (200 units) - LT Structure (300 units) - HT PC Spun Poles (200 units) - LT PC Spun Poles (400 units) - HT Structure (50 units, 45') approved by CEO IESCO - HT Structure (40 units, 58') approved by CEO IESCO - Earthing of HT/LT Structures and PC Spun Poles (1230 units) - Earth Rods Single Adda (70 units) - Earth Rods Double Adda (50 units) - Stay Rods (700 units) The scope includes collection, loading/unloading, erection, concreting and backfilling, fixing of stay rods, and earthing of poles/structures and substations. The work will be executed at the specified tehsils in Attock and Rawalpindi districts. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registrations with NTDC Lahore, FBR (NTN and GST active status), and Punjab Revenue Authority. Financial capability must be demonstrated with audited financial statements for the last three years, showing a minimum net worth of PKR 6,624,213 and average annual turnover of PKR 16,560,533. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by **September 15, 2026, 09:30 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft must be submitted physically to the Village Electrification Cell office in Islamabad before the deadline. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The contract requires a 5% performance guarantee in the form of a bank guarantee.
