Collection Processing, Stub Management and Reconciliation of KW&SC Bills

Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites proposals for the collection processing, stub management, and reconciliation of KW&SC bills in Karachi. This procurement is aimed at obtaining services to manage consumer-wise payment records and paid bill stubs from designated collection channels, submitting these to KW&SC for processing, and reconciling consumer-wise revenue collections with bank records, finance records, and the KW&SC revenue management system. The firm must have experience with similar services, particularly with utility organizations, and must demonstrate financial stability with an average annual turnover of not less than PKR 30 million over the last three years. The firm must also submit financial audit reports for the last three years and share completion certificates for similar assignments with a cost equivalent to PKR 25 million. Eligibility requires valid registration with SECP, Companies Registrar, FBR for Income Tax/WHT, SRB for Services Tax (SST), and active Tax Payer List (ATL) status. The firm must upload all documents on the e-PADS portal of SPPRA Sindh. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed.
