Tender Description
Hyderabad Water and Sewerage Corporation (HW&SC) invites bids for outsourcing zone-wise commercial billing and recovery services for Zone-04 Afandi Town. The contract includes data management, billing, revenue collection, consumer communication, dispute resolution, reporting, reconciliation, and legal compliance support to improve recovery of commercial dues. The contractor will generate and distribute bills to 4500 commercial consumers and manage collection and reporting to HW&SC.
The scope covers timely billing, establishing payment channels, handling consumer queries, issuing notices to defaulters, and submitting weekly defaulter reports. The contract aims to enhance operational viability and financial sustainability of HW&SC by ensuring transparency and effective recovery of commercial dues.
