Tender Description
This tender invites bids for outsourcing the commercial billing and recovery services for Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation (HW&SC) Zone-03 Hirabad. The contractor will manage data processing, bill generation, distribution, revenue collection, consumer communication, dispute resolution, reporting, and legal enforcement support to improve recovery of commercial dues.
The scope includes accurate billing based on HW&SC tariffs, timely distribution of bills to 8000 commercial consumers, collection and deposit of dues, managing payment channels, and addressing consumer queries. The contractor will also issue notices to defaulters and coordinate legal actions with HW&SC.
The contract aims to enhance operational efficiency and financial sustainability of HW&SC by ensuring transparency and effective recovery of commercial water and sewerage charges. The bid submission deadline is 31st December 2025 at 3:00 PM, with procurement conducted online via E-PADs.
