Tender Description
The Federal Board of Revenue, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement) at Custom House Lahore is procuring services for the complete dismantling of 123 confiscated tampered vehicles. These vehicles include 115 cars and jeeps, 6 Mazda dumper trucks, and 2 motorcycles. The vehicles are stored at Customs State Warehouses located in Lahore, Gujranwala, and Sialkot. The scope of work involves separating all parts such as doors, dashboards, wheels, lights, radiators, and engines. Engines must be extracted in their original condition. Chassis frames and stickers pasted on the vehicle frames will be cut into parts as per sample and preserved by the department. The vehicle bodies must be cut into at least four pieces each.
Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in vehicle dismantling and comply with all regulatory requirements including FBR and ATL registration. The tender requires submission of earnest money in the form of a security deposit amounting to 5% of the bid value and a performance guarantee of 10%, totaling 15% of the bid amount to be deposited in the account of the Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Lahore. The last date for submission is **14.07.2026** with opening scheduled the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of Assistant Collector (Auction), 2nd Floor, Custom House, Nabha Road, Lahore.
Bidders must submit their applications through the EPADS V2.0 portal as manual submissions are not allowed.
