Complete Rehabilitation of Company Owned Vehicles at Karachi Airport

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified suppliers for the complete rehabilitation of company owned vehicles CV-4783 and CU-2644 at Karachi Airport. This procurement is specifically for the Karachi location under the PSO department. The scope includes supply and installation of various mechanical and automotive parts such as engine head gaskets, turbo chargers, valves, valve seals, main bearings, piston sets, timing belts, piston ring sets, clutch plates, brakes, and suspension kits. Additionally, the contract covers denting, painting, interior cleaning, installation of new seat covers, carpets, mats, and detailing of vehicle exteriors for Toyota Vigo and Toyota Pickup models. Labour charges for engine overhauling, dismantling, assessment, cleaning, assembling, radiator service, and other miscellaneous mechanical work are also included. Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for mechanical and automotive services, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate prior experience in vehicle rehabilitation and mechanical overhauling. The tender requires submission of a Technical Bid and Financial Bid with earnest money and CDR as per PSO instructions. The deadline for submission is 01 June 2026 by 23:59:59 at the PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi. Vendors must ensure all parts are brand new or OEM equivalent and provide a 12-month warranty on parts and labor.
