Complete Repair of 50 KVA Damaged Transformers by Quetta Electric Supply Company

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites E-bids from manufacturers registered on EPADs 2.0, with the sale tax department and active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR. Eligible bidders must be registered in required categories with PPMC former (PEPCO) Lahore or any DISCO/NGC former NTDC for the repair of various capacities of Distribution Transformers as per WAPDA Specification No. DDS-84:2020. Items being procured: - Complete Repair of 50 KVA Damaged Transformers (Quantity: 84 units) The scope includes the complete repair of damaged 50 KVA transformers following WAPDA standards. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Only electronic bids submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal 2.0 will be accepted. The bidding process follows a Single Stage One Envelope Basis. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR (Original Instrument) must be submitted to the office of Manager Material Management, QESCO Headquarters, Zarghoon Road Quetta on or before the submission deadline. Bids without original bid security or incomplete documents will be rejected. Tender opening will be held at the office of Manager (MM) QESCO Quetta at Chief Executive office Zarghoon Road Quetta Cantt in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
