Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites bids for the supply of a complete repair kit for aircraft hydraulic system lines. This procurement is critical for maintaining the operational readiness of naval aircraft. Items being procured:
- Complete Repair Kit for Aircraft Hydraulic System Lines (Qty: 1 Number)
The technical specifications and special instructions are detailed in Annex A, with general instructions provided in Annex B. The quoted price must include 18% sales tax, and bidders are requested to tick Yes or No accordingly. Bidders must submit their commercial offers on the provided Performa, duly signed and stamped, along with the covering letter of their firm. The tender documents DP-1 and DP-3 must be attached with the quotation. Offers not submitted on the prescribed form may be rejected.
Eligibility criteria include compliance with the technical specifications and submission of earnest money as per PPRA rules. The tender will be opened at 1030 hours on 13th October 2026 at Tender Box No. 205. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
