Completion of Balance Work at GPS Ayub Khan Kalli

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in the completion of balance work at GPS Ayub Khan Kalli located in Swabi. This project is funded under the Tobacco Cess Development Initiatives for the fiscal year 2025-26. The scope involves civil works to complete the remaining construction tasks at the specified government primary school site. The technical scope requires contractors with PEC category C6 and above, possessing relevant codes for civil works. Bidders must provide earnest money in the form of a CDR, including bank name, CDR number, and date, submitted electronically via the EPADS system. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under the Finance Act, 2013, and hold updated FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Submission of PEC license and C&W enlistment copies for the current financial year is mandatory on the day of tender opening. The last date for submission of electronic bids is 14th July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-II. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation, including CDR details and updated licenses, are uploaded correctly on EPADS well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical disqualifications. Familiarity with the single stage single envelope procedure on EPADS will also enhance compliance and increase chances of success.
