Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the completion of balance work at Cadet College Mohmand-Mamad Gat. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Building Division District Mohmand at Ghallanai. The procurement is for civil works related to the balance construction activities at the specified cadet college site.

The contractor must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category C-2 or above for the current financial year 2026-27. Bidders must also have valid FBR and KPRA registrations and submit updated licenses and enlistment copies. Experience in similar nature works completed in the last three years with supporting work orders and completion certificates is mandatory.
The tender requires submission of a Technical Bid and Financial Bid through the EPADS electronic system. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 243,660 and a bid fee of PKR 181,500 are required. The last date for submission is 13-08-2026 by 1:00 PM, with financial bids opened after technical evaluation approval. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 07-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Mohmand at Ghallanai.
