Supply of Computer-Based Examination (CBE) Software and Hardware

Bahria University Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of Computer-Based Examination (CBE) software and complete hardware for its examination programs. The procurement is managed by the Planning and Development Directorate of Bahria University Islamabad. Items being procured: - Computer-Based Examination (CBE) software - Complete hardware for CBE including all necessary components The technical scope includes downloading detailed terms and conditions along with standard instructions from the E-PADS system. The procurement is intended for the university's examination department located at E-8, Islamabad, Block 9. Only firms registered on the E-PADS system are eligible to participate. The tender documents can be obtained from the Deputy Director (Development) office at Bahria University Islamabad. Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 during office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The original security deposit in the form of a CDR or Demand Draft amounting to PKR 130,000 must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 6th August 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. This tender is conducted under PPRA Rule 33 of 2024, and Bahria University reserves the right to reject any or all bids without prior notice. Interested bidders should ensure they are registered with FBR and ATL and have relevant experience in supplying examination software and hardware.
