Procurement of Computer Based Examination Software with Hardware for MBBS/BDS Programs

Bahria University Head Office Islamabad invites sealed bids on E-PADS only from eligible, technically sound, and financially solvent firms for the procurement of a Computer Based Examination (CBE) software solution complete with source code and hardware. This procurement is intended for deployment across Bahria University’s constituent Health Sciences campuses specifically for MBBS and BDS programs. Items being procured: - Computer Based Examination (CBE) Software Solution - Complete source code of the software - Hardware for deployment The technical scope includes a comprehensive software solution integrated with the necessary hardware to facilitate computer-based exams. The deployment will cover multiple health sciences campuses under Bahria University, ensuring a standardized examination process. Interested firms must be technically capable and financially sound, with relevant experience in software development and hardware provisioning for educational institutions. Firms should be registered with FBR and ATL and meet any PEC requirements if applicable. Tender documents can be downloaded from E-PADS or obtained from the Development Department office at Bahria University Islamabad, Quaid Block Basement Room No.09. Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS during office hours (0900 to 1400) except weekends, accompanied by a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 through pay order in favor of Bahria University Islamabad. The bid security of Rs. 130,000 must be submitted in original form as Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR. The submission deadline is before 1100 hours on 06 August 2026, with bid opening at 1130 hours the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bahria University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules 2024.
