Tender Description

The Office of the Auditor-General of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Computer & General Stationery Items, Miscellaneous & Electric Items, and Printed Items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is organized under a Framework Agreement with a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders registered with Income/Sales Tax authorities and PPRA, having offices or shops in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, are eligible to participate. Items being procured include: - LOT I: General Stationery Items such as Ball Point Pens, Binding Tape, Box Files, Calculators, Correction Pens, Diaries, Envelopes, File Boards, Gum Sticks, Staplers, Markers, Plastic Files, Sticky Notes, Punches, Ring Binder Files, Rubber, Registers, Scales, Scissors, Adhesive Tape, Sharpeners, Staples, Stock Registers, Pens, Paper (A4 and Legal size), Paper Cutters, Paper Clips, Meeting Stands, and Tape Dispensers. - LOT II: Computer Stationery including toner cartridges for various printer/fax/photocopier models, mice, mouse pads, USB drives (32GB, 64GB, 128GB), VGA cables, data cables, power cables, external SSDs, and SSD hard drives. - LOT III: Miscellaneous & Electric Items such as tissue boxes, cleaning dusters, detergents, hand wash, air fresheners, batteries, insect killers, car polish items, LED lights, extension leads, plugs, electric kettles, electric cables, network cables, insulation tape, crockery items including steel dust bins, cups, plates, spoons, trays, water jugs, drinking glasses, ashtrays, and thermos flasks. - LOT IV: Printed Items including file covers, envelopes, diaries/draft pads, rexene diary covers, rexene file folders, and letterhead pads with official logos as per approved samples. The technical scope requires all items to be new, original, and conforming to specified standards including PSQCA certification for electrical items and minimum GSM for paper products. Samples and equivalency certificates are mandatory for certain items. Delivery will be made to the Office of the Auditor-General of Pakistan, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, against monthly or periodic call-off work orders during FY 2026-27. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with SECP or relevant authority, active Income and Sales Tax registration, AGPR vendor registration, minimum three years of relevant experience with documentary proof, and possession of an office/shop in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bid security of 5% of the quoted value per lot is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order. The bid submission deadline is 11:00 A.M. on 24-08-2026, with bid opening at 11:30 A.M. on the same day at the Office of the Auditor-General of Pakistan, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked for technical and financial proposals separately. Late or conditional bids will be rejected. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all samples are properly tagged and submitted with the technical proposal as per instructions, since failure to provide required samples will result in disqualification of the respective items. Also, bidders should carefully verify all mandatory documents and bid security to avoid non-responsiveness. This procurement offers a significant opportunity for suppliers of office and computer stationery, electrical items, and printed materials to engage with a prestigious government department under a transparent and regulated framework agreement for the fiscal year 2026-27.
