Computer Lab Upgradation at Main Campus University of Turbat

The University of Turbat (UoT) invites electronic bids from eligible dealers and firms with active Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations for the upgradation of the computer lab at its main campus in Turbat, Balochistan. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the IT infrastructure to support academic and research activities. Items being procured: - Computer Lab Upgradation equipment and related IT hardware and software The tender will be conducted through a Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(1) via the ePADS electronic procurement system. Tender documents are available on the PPRA portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- must be deposited through Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or University of Turbat HBL Account No. 1040-7900525001 (with challan). A Bid Security of 5% of the quoted amount in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the University of Turbat is mandatory as per bidding documents. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Faxed, emailed, or incomplete bids will not be entertained. Eligible bidders should have valid FBR registration and active ATL status. Experience in supplying and installing computer lab equipment is preferred. The technical scope includes supply, installation, and configuration of computer lab hardware and software at the main campus.
