Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, hold valid NTN and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government entity. The bid must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
