Items being procured:
- Concession for fuel station establishment
- Allied commercial activities on the specified plot
The project includes construction and operation in accordance with specifications and quality control standards approved by Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant authorities. The concession period is fixed for 15 years, extendable by 10 years with mutual consent. Monthly rent is payable in advance, and a six-month rent security deposit is required. The successful bidder must comply with all terms of the concession agreement including maintenance of project infrastructure and return of the project in proper condition at the end of the concession period.
Eligibility requires submission of financial and technical bids along with bid security. Bidders must provide a detailed technical proposal including capability statement, technical competency, legal status, corporate structure, relevant experience, organizational structure, key personnel, audited accounts, shareholder details, and project appreciation statement.
