Concession for Cafeteria and General Provision Store at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is offering a business opportunity for the concession of a Cafeteria and General Provision Store located at Terminal-I, Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This concession space measures 1,586.2 sqft on Level-VI, AFU (Import) area. The concession will be awarded for a period of five years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. The reserve price is set at Rs. 90,200 per month, and only bids higher than this reserve price will be entertained. Eligibility criteria require registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Bidders must provide a written request with CNIC and NTN certificates and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 for tender documents. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Submission of fake documents or pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Tender documents must be submitted in two sealed envelopes marked Technical Offer and Financial Offer, placed together in one envelope.
