Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is inviting bids for the concession to establish, operate, and maintain five refreshment and gift shops located inside the Level-VI Domestic Departure Satellite of Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The concession period is for five years with a 10% annual enhancement on the cumulative basis during subsequent years. The concessionaires must have a strong financial standing and relevant experience to meet the 80% weightage in technical evaluation. Earnest Money must be submitted via pay order or demand draft, and advance income tax will be deducted as per Section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
