Tender Description
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan Quetta invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of conference and seminar items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support NAB's awareness activities related to anti-corruption themes in Quetta, Balochistan. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure.

All items must be of best quality as per specifications, including high-quality printing and materials. The delivery location is Sharah-e-Gulistan Quetta Cantt, Sadar, Quetta. The delivery period is 20 days from the contract award.
Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and provide bid security as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, August 24, 2026, 01:00 PM, with bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline at the NAB office in Quetta.
