Procurement of Conference System for PTA Employees

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of a conference system for PTA employees in Islamabad. The procurement will be conducted through the E-PADS v2.0 (EPADS) Acquisition and Disposal System, following the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-Pads v2.0 portal by the deadline. Items being procured: - Conference system (quantity and specifications as per bidding documents) The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of a modern conference system suitable for official meetings and events at PTA. Bidders are required to comply with all technical specifications and standards outlined in the tender documents available on the E-Pads v2.0 portal. Only firms registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bid Securing Declaration is required in lieu of Earnest Money. The deadline for bid submission is 20 June 2024 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through the E-Pads v2.0 system.
