Conservancy Services for Kohe-e-Batil Unit Gwadar 2026-27

Pakistan Navy, through its 3rd FP Battalion at Gwadar, invites quotations from reputed, GST and professional tax registered contractors, firms, and transporters for the provision of conservancy services at the Kohe-e-Batil unit in Gwadar for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to experienced service providers who can deliver reliable and efficient cleaning and waste management solutions in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Items being procured: - Mechanical Road Sweeper (per hour) - Tractor Trolly(s) with hull blade (per hour) - Collection of Garbage and other Solid Wastes including loading and unloading (per trip) - Provision of Garbage drums (per drum) - Clearance/cleaning of Sewerage Main Holes (per main hole) - Provision of plastic bags for Garbage Disposal (per KG) The technical scope covers comprehensive cleaning of roads, mechanized sweeping, garbage collection and disposal, supply of drums and plastic bags, and sewerage main hole clearance. The work is to be performed at Kohe-e-Batil, Gwadar, and requires adherence to all relevant safety and environmental standards. Bidders must be registered for GST and professional tax, and should have prior experience in similar conservancy or municipal cleaning contracts. Earnest money and bid security requirements are as per standard PPRA procedures. Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 at the designated offices in Gwadar and Karachi during working hours (0900 to 1300 hrs) within 15 days of publication. Quotations must be submitted in sealed form by 08 September 2026 at 1000 hrs at the 3rd FP Battalion office, Kohe-e-Batil, Gwadar.
