Tender Description
Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS Hafeez Islamabad invites sealed quotations from GST/SST/PEC/Professional Tax registered firms for provision of conservancy services. The contract period is from 16 October 2026 to 30 June 2027. Items being procured:
- Conservancy services for Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS Hafeez Sector E-8 Islamabad
The scope requires firms capable of undertaking daily conservancy tasks at the hospital premises. Tender documents can be obtained from Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS Hafeez Sector E-8 Islamabad before 09 October 2026. Quotations must reach the Commandant PNS Hafeez Sector E-8 Islamabad by 12 October 2026 at 1000 hrs, with opening at 1030 hrs the same day in the presence of bidders.
Tender submissions must be accompanied by a Bank draft or Pay order equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount as earnest money in favor of Commandant PNS Hafeez. The successful bidder will deposit 5% of the total bid amount as bank guarantee. Contract award will be to the technically qualified and commercially lowest bidder based on criteria in tender documents.
